OVEN-CRUSTY FISH
4 cups Kellogg's Corn Flakes (or 1 cup Kellogg's Corn Flake Crumbs)
1/2 cup milk
3 teaspoons salt
1 pound fish fillets, fresh or frozen
4 teaspoons vegetable oil or melted regular margarine
If using corn flakes, crush into fine crumbs. Set aside.
Combine milk and salt. Set aside.
Cut fish into serving pieces allowing about 1/4 pound for each serving. Dip fish in milk, then in crumbs. Arrange on well-oiled baking sheet or shallow pan. Sprinkle fish with vegetable oil.
Bake in moderate oven (375 degree F) about 20 minutes or until tender.
Makes 4 servings
