ISO: cream easter eggs--butter cream, coconut, mint, peanut butter,

Misc.
My church is looking for a recipe for Easter Cream Eggs for "bulk assembly" and sale for our charity, youth and missionary fund raisers. The eggs seem to be primarily made of butter, confectioner's sugar, flavoring and covered in a hardened milk chocolate coating. They are hand shaped (I think), allowed to cool and then dipped in the chocolate and topped by a small candy ribbon. The primary flavors that we are interested in are peanut butter, mint, butter cream and coconut. We want to use these recipes at Christmas time also, using snow man forms. Would someone please help me with this quest? Thank you so much!!
