ISO: Cucumber Tomato Salad

I was at a restaurant where they served slices cucumbers and tomatos with a vinagrette dressing. It had celery salt, garlic and pepper (plus some others I think) in the dressing. If anyone has a recipe even similar to this, it would be be greatly appreciated.
