ISO: curry chicken and apple soup like Tiramasu Restaurant

I had some wonderful Curry chicken and apple soup at Tiramasu restaurant in the Orlando area. It was not too spicy a little sweet. It also had diced carrots in it. Does anyone have a recipe for a soup like that?
