ISO: depression era balogna sandwich filling
Misc.anyone have an old-time recipe for a sandwich filling using ground bologna? I had one of these at a "30's" party. I remember that there was some kind of pickle or relish and maybe some cheese to help hold it together. The filling was stuffed into hamburger buns, wrapped individually and baked to heat through. Sure would be fun to make them for a Trick Or Treat party. Thanks for this one, or any other fillings that are similar.
