Recipe: Low Cal Clam Dip (blender)
Appetizers and SnacksLOW CAL CLAM DIP
1 (8 oz) can minced clams
1 1/2 cups cottage cheese
1/2 teaspoon seasoned salt
2 teaspoons lemon juice
1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
1 tablespoon minced green onions
Assorted crisp vegetable dippers (to serve)
In blender container, combine clams with liquid, cottage cheese, seasoned salt, lemon juice, and Worcestershire sauce. Cover and whirl around until smooth.
Stir in green onions. Cover and chill at least two hours to blend flavors.
Serve with cauliflower, broccoli, and strips of carrots, zucchini, and cucumbers.
Makes 2 cups
