ISO: Do you have the recipe for catching spores (for sourdough starter)?
Misc.I "caught" my own many years ago and kept it alive for a very long time and had delicious bread. I'd like to get my start without yeast...silly, but it felt soooooo satisfying. Is it just sugar, flour and water in a jar covered with cheesecloth? That is what I remember but I really don't know for sure or the amounts. Any help? JJ
