ISO: How to make the sourdough taste more tangy

Misc.
I made the Sourdough starter with a receipe from this website, but opted for the receipe where I can refrigirate the leftover. Now when I make the breads I dont get the tangy flavour what I 'm expecting it to be. My starter may be 2 months old. Do i still have to Wait? .pls reply. Thanks to all who share their views.

regards & happy cooking
