ISO: Easy pie crust

I believe it was a radio cooking show with host Melinda Lee in our local area (Southern California) who gave a recipe for an easy pie crust. The only thing I can remember about it is that it was very simple, used vinegar and was very easy to make and tasted great!

Would appreciate any help locating it or something similar.
