ISO: easy to eat low fat cake, pie or....

Hi, I have been elected to bring a delicious, low fat, easy to eat dessert to an outdoor concert picnic.
Well, I am stuck becuase I have lots of "high" fat delicious desserts, but everyone is on a low fat diet so I am in need of some help. Thought maybe I'd make a couple - cakes, pie? I don't know so any suggestiong would be very welcome! Thanks, Barb
