ISO: Elegant Make Ahead Appetizers for Wine Tasting Party

Hello to all. This is my first post. I am hosting a wine tasting party at the end of the month. I am not serving dinner, just Hor d'oevres and I would like to have about 10-12 options - half hot.

I'm looking for make ahead items that I can heat once and then serve so I don't have to be in the kitchen all night or running back and forth to the oven. The problem is that many of the recipes I've found seem a bit casual. I don't exactly want potato skins and tortilla roll-ups.

If anyone has even one great recipe, please share. Thank you!!!
