Recipe(tried): Simple Sausage Dish

Appetizers and Snacks
Last month I went to my brother's wine tasting party. My contribution to the appetizer table was 1 loaf of rustic Il Fornaio bread, which I got at Trader Joe's and put that in the oven for 10 minutes..sliced it up and put it on the table with olive oil and balsamic vinegar. I also brought a sausage dish which didn't take me long to cook and went well with wine. I went to Trader Joe's and got 2 packs of turkey and chicken with onion and pepper sausage. I sliced them and browned them in olive oil and threw in the pan thinly sliced red and green peppers. The dish was a hit.

Another appetizer that I didn't get to do was fried ravioli. Most recipes call for dipping in egg mixture then bread crumbs and fry till golden brown...but you can simply just put them in a deep fryer.

Hope this was helpful!
