ISO: Fat content of half'n'half - Help needed please for a UK resident

Hello everyone. I'm posting here for the first time from England, & hope someone can help.
I'd like to try some of your dessert recipes which call for half'n'half. We don't have this here in the UK, so what I'm asking is for the fat content listed on the carton, so I can approximate how to adapt the recipes for texture & creaminess.
Here we have single, whipping, double cream and creme fraiche, so I guess I could easily manage to sort out something using some of these. Thanks in anticipation
