ISO: fire house rice pudding

Misc.
I am looking for an old recipe that was in Long Island Newsday years & years ago. I think the name of was Fire House Rice Pudding. One of the ingredients was my-T-fine vanilla tapioca pudding. If anyone out there has the recipe please pass it on. My daughter wants me to make it for my new granddaughters' christening. Thanks for any help you can give me.
