ISO: flavoredcheesecakes cooked in water bath

I am looking for flavored cheesecake recipes that are cooked in a water bath. This has a different texture than most cheesecake recipes, more solid and almost looks like a cheese. Have had chocolate and other flavors and would like to know how to make it. Thanks, Crystal
