ISO: Fried peas?

would anyone have the recipes for fried peas....that is the only way i can explain them...hard,snack like peas...hot also...i think i have seen them for sale ....washi..something like that....but they had a mustard type coating on them...when i had them they were just hot..like burn your mouth hot....thanks for any help nicky
