i am planning a luncheon for 125 people. I wanted to make a frittta like dish w/ cheese eggs veggies. It cannot contain meat due to kosher restrictions. I also need something that i can prepare ahead that just needs to be reheated-again for religiuse reasons all cooking must be done ahead. Any help would be greatly appreciated
