ISO: Garlic Spinach Tofu Chinese Dish

Does anyone have a recipe for a Chinese recipe for stir-fried garlic, spinach, and tofu? The tofu is in 1/2" x 1" x 1-1/2" chunks and the garlic cloves are left whole, or at most cut in half. My local restaurant has taken it off of their menu. The sauce is clear, but nicely flavored. Thanks.
