ISO: Getting Angel Food Cake Out of the Pan

Misc.
Dear Joe or anyone else,
I love Angel Food cake but never have had any luck trying to get it out of my pan. I have even thrown 2 pans out. My cakes always get so high for one thing that the little legs on my pan are useless for hanging my cake upside down. I've never had any luck trying to balance the pan on the edges of bottles either. Any suggestions? Thanks. Lulubelle
