help .My wife and I made those wonderful italian chick pea cookie receipe.THe dough was beautiful and the filling delicious.We rolled them in the sugar and cin. and when completely cool stored them in a tin cookie conatiner. THe next morning the were a soagie and wet and we had to throw them out.how else can you store these cookies and how long will they keep. A disappointed Italian father joe
