ISO: Graham Cracker/Pecan Cookies

Misc.

COOKIES USING GRAHAM CRACKERS AS BASE. I had a very good cookie at a party that was made of graham crackers with pecans and a buttery toffee poured over the top. Does anyone have this recipe? I'd appreciate any other quick and easy graham cracker (or other) cookie recipes you have as well. Thanks.
