ISO: Green peppers vaccum sealing

Do I need to wash peppers to freeze in freezer bags first?
or do I just seal and freeze?
I never did green peppers before and have about 20 liters, I have washed the outside and placed in refrigerator with
paper towels for now.
I also have jalopano peppers should I do the same I don't want to make a marinate just try to keep them fresh?
