ISO: guava and cream cheese filled bisquits??
Misc.Last month my neighbor brought me some guava and cream cheese filled bisquits. Im not sure if it can be considered as a bisquit. It wasn't fluffy, it was more like bread and it had also a coconut flavor. The person who made them is from Vieques, PR and she called them "arepas" but here the recipes for the so called "arepas" vary from region to region. And they are very, very, different. They were delicious!!! If someone knows how to make them, let me know, or if there is a similar recipe, that i can try.
Thanks.
Thanks.
