ISO: halva cream

I'm looking for a recipe I used in Israel. In Hebrew the name was Creme Halva or Halva Cream in English. It had halva, cocoa powder, sugar, butter, and raw egg in it. I don't remember how much of anything. It was made in the blender.
It was very good as a frosting or cream between cake layers.
I would appreciate any help. Thank you E.J.
