ISO: hamburger summer sausage

I am looking for a hamburger summer sausage recipe I used to have. It called for about 5 pounds of ground beef, liquid smoke, poultry seasoning (I think) and other ingredients I can't remember. The mixture had to stay in the refrigerator for several days, then made into rolls and baked for hours. I hope someone has the recipe.
