ISO: Hamilton Beach Dual processor need the chart written on front

I looking for whats written on front of Hamilton Beach Dual food processor. It an older model. It has Blade disc,shredder disc and slicer high speed and the low speed chart list for quick looking at as you processing you food in it. If anyone has this can they post whats on this chart. I miss that feature.
