ISO: Hawaiian Delight

This is a dessert made with pineapple and it also had a graham cracker crust. My Kitchen Klatter blue cookbook had it and now my cookbook is missing. I am hoping someone can please help me. Also, this was never made with bananas in this recipe. Thank you for your help.
