ISO: Help..How to spruce up a pineapple...

I volunteered to make this wonderful dip that you stuff in a pineapple for a luau tomorrow night. The best looking pineapple I could find here looks a little wilted. Part of what makes this dip so good is the presentation. Does anybody know if there is anything I can do to revive the green leaves on the top of the pineapple? Maybe soaking in cold water??? I know this sounds crazy, so any suggestions are greatly appreciated. Thanks!
