Thank You: Thanks for the help...here's the recipe.

Misc.
Thanks for the suggestions. I ended up soaking it & it perked up enough to look presentable. In case you want the recipe, it's listed below. I revised it a little bit from when I posted it on the Chat Room last week.

It sound kinda crazym but it tastes really good. Half of the recipe really makes enough to fill one pineapple, unless you're having a ton of people over. I'm on my way to set-up for our luau now & it's puring down rain. Thanks again for the help!

STUFFED PINEAPPLE

4-8 oz. blocks of cream cheese, softened
1-12 oz. pkg. white raisins
1-16 oz. carton sour cream
3 tsp. curry powder
1.5 cups salted peanuts, chopped
1.5 lbs. bacon, cooked crisp & crumbled
2-9 oz. jars chutney

Mix all ingredients together well and serve chilled in scooped out pineapple with assorted crackers.

I used Major Grey's brand chutney. You can also substitute REAL bacon bits for the bacon if you don't feel like frying it all. This is easiest to make in a food processor. I also make the dip the night before, so that the flavors have time to soak through the mixture. Just don't scoop out the pineapple until you're ready to fill it!

Guests can never tell what's in this dip, and it will keep for awhile in the fridge! Aloha!!!
