ISO: HELP! Need Chicken and Dumpling Recipe for appx. 15 people!

Misc.
I am making my first Easter dinner and want to make Chicken N Dumplings for my family. I am a good cook but have never made this before and need a good recipe. I need it to feed appx. 15 people and am not sure what quantities of ingredients to use. I like the recipes that have carrots, celery, peppercorns, potatoes, etc. in the stew. Can anyone help me out with a recipe that will feed so many people? I would really appreciate it.
