Hi Kristy:-) There are a lot of Chicken and Dumpling recipes posted here. If you click on "Post a Message," right above your request, you will see an option for searching for a recipe. Just type in the words,"Chicken and Dumplings," click on "tried," recipes, then click on "search." My guess is that you will need to double, or perhaps triple the recipe you choose to make. Some of the recipes will make fluffy dumplings and some will make what I call "slippery dumplings" which are more like noodles. You could try a couple that sound good to you before Easter, then choose the recipe you like best for serving on Easter. I hope that this helps you find a recipe that you like and one that you can use to feed 15 people.
