ISO: HELP! Need ideas for HS football team supper!!!!

Misc.
Lucky me! My varsity cheerleader daughter volunteered me and the other 8 moms to make the football team supper next week! We were going to make chili, but the guys don't want that. So now what? There are probably 75 high school players. I'm looking for something that doesn't take a ton of prep time...sloppy joes? Some other kind of sandwich? Ideas and/or recipes will be GREATLY appreciated!!!! THANKS!!!
