I am also cooking a dinner for my sons football team. The coach only wants pasta at the meals. The carbs in the pasta gives the boys that boost of energy that is needed in a game. This is served immediately after school so that they are able to play around 7:00 pm. We serve mostly spaghetti, but rigatoni has also been fixed. We have a garden salad, bread, and a drink, usually water. I originally got into this website to help determine how much to make. Another website says that 4 oz. of person per person, and 1 oz. of undressed salad per person. Hope this helps you out a little. God Bless Us Moms!!!!
