ISO: Hershey's Cookies N Creme Cheesecake (using Hershey's miniatures)

I have contacted HERSHEY'S and they state they never had a recipe with their COOKIES N CREME product. I know that I followed the recipe from their product bag of minitures about a decade ago.

I've promised to make this cheesecake [Hershey's Cookies n Creme Cheesecake] for a co-workers birthday on August 12th. If anyone has any information or the recipe PLEASE POST.

P.S. -- I am NOT looking for a recipe that adds marshmellows or crumbled creme filled cookies.
