ISO: Homemade catsup without white vinegar

I'm looking for a recipe for homemade tomato catsup made without white vinegar. A friend is extremely allergic to all grain products and she told me she cannot eat stuff made with white vinegar or modified food starch. I would like to make catsup anyway, but the recipes I found here all call for white vinegar. I need to use apple cider vinegar. Also the recipes say to store in Fridge, no info for processed in canner. Can you help, please?? Thanks, Lee
