ISO: How to Cook Filet Mignon

I'm cooking Filet Mignon tomorrow, and wonder if it would be good cooked on the grill. I'm sure people have tried it, but is that the best way? Also, what is a good way to Marinade these? I was thinking a little Italian dressing, pepper, onion salt, and celery salt.

Any help would be very appreciated.
