ISO: how to make coffee in an electric coffee perculator (4-8 cup model by Regal)

Misc.
I have limited space & having a guest over. I don't drink coffee myself but she does. I have a 4-8 cup Regal electric coffee perculator. I need the basic coffee to water "recipe". I know this seems simple, but I lost the instructions & want the coffee to turn out well. Please help! -- Pat
