ISO: How to stack layers on a wedding cake

Misc.
Help! I am someone who does some cake decorating on the side for my friends and family. I am making for the first time a wedding cake that is stacked with dowel rods. Can someone tell me the best way to lift and stack these cakes? There are 3 tiers total, and my rods are already in place!
Thanks for any help!
