ISO: Individual make ahead beef wellingtons

I am looking for a recipe that appeared in Better Homes and Garden's 1986 "Holiday Cooking" 1986, for Individual Beef Wellingtons. These could be made ahead, frozen and cooked from frozen state. I lent the mag. to a friend many years ago and haven't seen it since! It was a really great recipe. Anyone with his magazine or recipe? Thanks so much!
