ISO: ISO Appetizers to make ahead and freeze

Any tried and true recipes for appetizers that may be simple to make. For I have about a 12 people coming for a cookie exchange. And need to make it early the day of the party or 3 days before the party and freeze and use later.Thanks ahead of time for any help.
