ISO: ISO:Chicken With Wild Rice Casserole

I am searching for a recipe I used to have and lost. I thought I posted it here a few years ago. It had Uncle Ben's Wild Rice, Chicken, Cream of Celery, and I think a few other ingredients. Can anyone help? Thanks. Also, My dad has cancer and wants me to cook for him, nice well rounded meals. Any ideas would be helpful. He can't tolerate garlic or spicy foods as his cancer is in his digestive system. Thanks@!!!
