I would love to find a recipe for German Applesauce cake that an old friend used to make when i lived back home in the Toledo ohio/SoMI area, called German Applesauce cake...He used to put it inot loaf pans, and it was served with a custard type sauce either in it or on it, I can't remember, though I do remember it is HEAVENLY!!!!! Hope someone can help me with this, so that I can make it for my hubby....Especially this Fall when we go Apple picking...
