ISO: Italian dunking cookie, I think it is made like the Ossi Dei Morti

When I was a young girl my Great Aunt made Italian dunking cookies that were made out of honey and flour. They were very very hard. I can't find them anyplace. Please if anyone has an idea please send to me. Thank you
