ISO: Jamaican Flop Cake

Misc.

Has anyone ever heard of a Jamaican Flop Cake? My friend's wedding cake
was one when she got married in Jamaica about 9 years ago. She said it was
the best cake she had ever had & would love me to make one for her 10 year
anniversary. Can anyone help? Thanks
