ISO: Jellied Pig's Feet

Have a young man staying with us,from AZ, of Mexican-American Heritage, and is longing for homemade Jellied Pig's Feet. I found the pig's feet, but don't have a recipe. I saw a jar in the store that showed vinegar and pig's feet ONLY as ingredients. Need the recipe asap.
