ISO: Johnny Carino's - penne alfredo

Johnny Cirino's makes this wonderful Penne Alfredo. It's made with penne pasta in a creamy alfredo sauce with bacon, peas, mushrooms, chicken and roma tomatoes. I would love to get the recipe and make it at home. Can anyone help?
