ISO: Khao Ob Sapporod

Misc.
I ate in a restaurant this weekend and I had the most WONDERFUL dish called khao ob sapporod (I believe that's the correct spelling). I didn't know how to pronounce it when I ordered, so I just pointed it out to the waiter, and he said he just called it "chicken fried rice", but it was much more than that. It was like typical restaruant style chicken fried rice (chicken, egg, peas, and carrot) but it also had raisins, pineapple, cashews, coconut milk and curry (so it said in the menu). If anyone has a recipe for this, please let me know. I'm dying to make it myself (so I don't have to pay $10 a plate for it!)
Thank you!
