ISO: La Bamba Hot Sauce

I too am looking for the recipe. The restaurant is called La Bamba.

It appears it is a variant of "Salsa Taquera" which is usually made with roasted tomatillos, roasted dried Chili De Arbol, roasted tomatoes and roasted onion. But I have tried that and still something is missing. There may be spices or msg or something else that makes it so good.
