Recipe(tried): Old Bay Seasoning (copycat)

Herbs and Spices

We finally tried this chicken here in australia. (Coz I haven't been able to reproduce that Old Bay Seasonging I used to buy in the US...) I accidentally found this copycat recipe on"CopyKat Recipes" site last week and decided to introduce this dish to Chris. We had it with some mixed salad (red wine vineger dressing), some homemade rolls and a light chicken broth.

4 Whole Cloves
1 tsp. Sweet Hungarian Paprika
1/4 tsp. Mace

Preparation Instructions:
In a spice grinder or small food processor, combine all of the ingredients. Grind well and store in a small glass jar.
