Can anyone help me with this recipe? This is for a Chinese Almond Cookie that I use to buy in the deli's & food markets in NYC..This is a Large Chinese Almond Cookie that has a big drop of Chocolate in the center...It's so buttery & delicious but extremely hard to find anymore so I'm hoping someone out there has the recipe so I can make it for my family.
